Terms of use

Effective August 13, 2026

These terms apply to the Audivo Labs website and public voice demonstration. A production deployment is governed by a separate written agreement with the firm.

The demo is not a law firm or legal service. It does not provide legal advice, form an attorney-client relationship, accept a case, or create a real appointment.

Permitted use

You may use the website and demo to evaluate Audivo for legitimate business purposes. Use fictional information when testing. You may not use the service to violate law, impersonate another person, interfere with the system, bypass usage limits, probe security, or submit harmful content.

No emergency or legal use

Do not rely on the public demo for emergencies, deadlines, legal advice, case acceptance, or contacting an attorney. If you need legal assistance, contact a licensed attorney directly. If there is an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Demonstration behavior

AI-generated speech and summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. The public demo is provided to illustrate a possible intake experience, and its responses and case brief must be reviewed by a person. Features shown in a demo may require configuration and a separate agreement before production use.

Availability

We may limit, suspend, or change the website or demo at any time, including to protect the service, manage cost, perform maintenance, or prevent abuse. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

The website, demo experience, branding, copy, software, and related materials are owned by Audivo Labs or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Disclaimers

The website and public demo are provided “as is” and “as available” for evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audivo disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audivo Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website or demo. Any production-service liability will be addressed in the applicable written agreement.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the website and service develop. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
