Audivo is a done-for-you AI voice intake service for personal injury firms. You pay once to have your intake agent built, then a flat service fee, billed every 2 weeks, to keep it running. There are no per-minute charges and no long-term contract.

What is included

Every plan includes the voice agent, the phone-call infrastructure it runs on, hosting, transcription, and the structured handoff your team receives. Normal call volume for a single office is included in the service fee. We will contact you before any change if your volume grows well beyond that.

Billing

The setup fee is charged when you place your order. The service fee starts on the day your agent goes live on your phone line and renews automatically every 2 weeks until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.

Cancelling

You can cancel the ongoing service at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
