This notice explains the information Audivo Labs receives through this website and its public voice demonstration. Production deployments use a separate data-handling plan agreed with each firm.
Please use fictional information in the public demo. Do not share real medical details, case facts, confidential communications, or other sensitive personal information.
Information we receive
When you visit a personalized demo link, we may record basic activity such as the firm link opened, browser and referral information, whether a demonstration call was started, call duration, and technical startup timing.
If you use the voice demo, the voice-service providers involved in operating the call may process audio, transcripts, and the answers you provide. The demo may display a structured intake preview in your browser.
How we use information

- To understand whether a personalized demonstration was opened or tested.

Demo information and appointments
The public demo is a simulation. Audivo does not intentionally add the case details shown in the browser preview to its prospect lead database, and the demo does not create a real legal consultation. The voice platform may retain operational call records according to its configuration and policies.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, voice-call infrastructure, transcription, language processing, security, analytics, and data storage. They process information only as needed to provide those services, subject to their agreements and policies.
Production deployments
Before a firm launches Audivo on a real phone line, the parties define the intended intake workflow, access controls, integrations, retention settings, and responsibilities. This website notice does not replace that production agreement.
Retention and security
We keep website and demonstration information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, security, and legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You may avoid the voice demo and contact us by email instead. You may also ask about information associated with your contact details, or request correction or deletion where applicable, by emailing us.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
